Service Description
Schedule a consultation to discuss your bookkeeping needs. During your consultation, we'll discuss your current recordkeeping, income and expense tracking, account organization, and the type of bookkeeping support your business may need. The consultation fee is $27 and is due at booking. If you retain JenPro for bookkeeping services, the $27 consultation fee will be applied toward your service fee. Final bookkeeping fees vary depending on the volume of transactions, number of accounts, condition of the records, and services needed. Services are available in English and Spanish.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before an appointment should be made by contacting JenPro Tax & Notary Solutions, LLC directly. Consultation fees and other payments may be subject to the terms disclosed at the time of booking. Please arrive or join your appointment on time. For virtual appointments, meeting instructions will be provided after booking. Mobile notary appointments may require confirmation of location, document type, identification requirements, and travel availability before service is provided. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, identification documents, tax documents, or other sensitive information through the general booking form. Secure document-submission instructions will be provided when necessary.
